16 Intake + 15 Exhaust vs 16 Intake and Exhaust W/ Higher Fan Curve on Intake ?

Hey guys, finally looking to put my waterblocks in the closet to use and finish a custom loop on my PC I built a couple years ago and planned to watercool.

I currently have a Thermaltake P8 case and will be needing to upgrade to the Corsair 9000D, as the Thermaltake is just barely not usable by a couple mm's in many dimensions to cram what I want to in properly without serious modification.

As of now, I only need the new case, a couple more fans in addition to the D30s I already use and the coolant. Maybe a couple PWM and ARGB extender cables.

This brings me to the question Im asking you guys... What do you think would be the best way to achieve a positive internal pressure for the new case while also keeping internal temps as cool as possible ? Run 1 less fan in exhaust ? Or the same amount of fans (filling all fan slots) and having a higher fan curve on the intake fans ? All intake fans (16) will be in push/pull on radiators at the front, and 14 on the top will be in push/pull on radiators, the 1 - 2 Rear fans would be internal air exhaust. Any help or opinions would be greatly appreciated, Thank You !
