I found the Garmin Segments in the Garmin Connect App but it seems like I have to log in on my computer, is there a way to view and add segments directly in the Garmin Connect App?

My watch is FR55 and this is NOT about Strava Segments, but Garmin Segments.

To find the Segments in the app I tried using:
