investigating a bit to replace a shaver, I ended with a headache of alternatives. Any help for just head shaving?

I have been using the typical Gillette Fusion cartridges for about 10–15 years. I shave my head daily, and usually, the cartridges last me about 15/20 shaves before they start to feel scratchy on my head and I replace them.

Since I am finishing the box of cartridges and also need to replace the handle, I started looking for alternatives. I ended up spending the entire weekend reading, watching reviews, and asking the AI, only to end up with a headache and not a single answer, lol.

What I want is just something that will let me shave in two minutes while I'm in the shower without worrying much about cuts, just like I've been doing until now. I don't mind to learn angles during some days or weeks, but at the end I just want to be able to do it fast, safe and have the closest shave possible.

I've read about a lot of alternatives: how the OneBlade genesis would fit but is as expensive as the normal ones when you add the cost of the blades; how the Leaf Razor is, on paper, amazing, but then I only read complaints about people "dying," bleeding out with more cuts than in a martial arts film; how the Proof razors are not bad but won't last three years, etc.

At this point, I just don't know what to do. I don't want to spend hundreds of euros on a handle just to see that I can't use it without cutting myself, or that if I don't want to bleed, I will need to spend 15 minutes every morning shaving my head.

Really, is there a simple answer? Should I just continue paying the Gillette extortion prices? Are people exaggerating about the Leaf two? Should I try to purchase an original leaf? Is the Proof select 2.0 a better option? Maybe the Are there other alternatives? Maybe every single ones is decent and the problems is the blades and getting some like Feather Hi-Stainless, Perma-Sharp or Astra Superior Platinum would be enough?

I think I've researched less when I was studying than for this, lol

I do not know if this is old, or a newly introduced bug, but I was going crazy as I also bought a new keyboard when started happening to me, and thought it was defective, but I managed to reproduce with any keyboard a bug where the hunter starts to run even if the shift key is not pressed, that can ruin you games.

When transitioning from manual sprinting to auto-running, the "Shift" key state becomes stuck, causing the hunter to sprint unintentionally after the movement is canceled and restarted.

Steps to Reproduce

  • 1: Enable Auto-run: Ensure the "Auto-run" option is enabled in the Controls menu (allows auto-run by pressing W three times).

  • 2: Manual Sprint: Begin sprinting manually by holding Shift + W.

  • 3: Transition to Auto-run: While sprinting, press W three times to transition into auto-run and release all keys.

  • 4: Input Conflict: The hunter continues to run automatically, but the game engine incorrectly still registers the Shift key as still being pressed or "stuck."

  • 5: Cancel Movement: Press S (Back) to stop the hunter. The hunter stops as expected.

  • 6: Re-engage Movement: Press W again (without holding Shift)

**Observed Result: **

The hunter immediately begins sprinting automatically upon pressing W. This "stuck" sprint state persists until the user manually presses and releases the Shift key again.

**Expected Result: **

The hunter should only sprint if Shift is held or if the user performs the triple-tap W sequence. If a user cancels auto-run by pressing "Back," the sprinting state should be fully reset. Subsequent movement via W should result in a standard walk unless Shift + W or the triple-tap W sequence is initiated again.
