I wanted to start a conversation with the members of this sub to try and find a general consensus on Tiers.
What I'm talking about is not just "names" - but let's talk about those as well, now that we're at it - but what is a character expected to be able to do to belong in a tier.
To properly explain: if you take a tier like Admiral, for example... Do you put all the admirals in there? If you do, do you consider Kizaru to be the same as Issho and Aramaki? Or if there is a clear difference, do you need to make a different tier to properly acknowledge this difference? How vast can the power gap be between characters belonging in the same tier before becoming unacceptable? Is it expected for fighters inside the same tier to extreme diff one another? Are you someone who believes tiers should be as specific as possible - like low YC, high YC, low Admiral, high Admiral, etc - or do you prefer the leeway of a larger tier?
I'm very curious about it, as I've found myself struggling with these definitions recently, especially when thinking about Admirals and Commanders. Thank you for your time.
