Hey guys! I’m moving to a new city in the USA. I toured some gyms around my house and unfortunately the bars they have are pretty subpar and would be a heavy downgrade from what I’ve been training with these past few years. So, I think I want to finally buy my own bar and just keep it a the gym locked up!

Anyone have any recommendations on companies with a solid needle bearing bar and good customer service? My budget is around $350, is it worth buying something at that price or not really?

Has anyone been successful in finding a remote part-time research assistant job through major job listing websites like Indeed? I am not sure where I can look for such listings besides being lucky and coming across one on LinkedIn. I envision myself doing a 10-hour-a-week type of job in order to save some money for the future in addition to my postdoc salary. Any tips appreciated :)

Hello! I am trying to figure out how someone can transfer me tickets to an event (NYC Wire Festival 2026) They edited the name on the ticket to my name, but we haven’t figured out how we can transfer the ticket to my account.
