Sorry if not allowed or dumb question but I've had this sunlite air pump(brand new) for some time now and I can't get it to work. Head is fully seated on Schrader valve, removed all hoses to check and clear any blockages, everything okay. But when I go to pump it I just get this huge resistance on the pumping down and handle won't go down till I relieve the pressure. Not sure where the check valve is but I removed the stem and found a bunch of grease inside the tube. Is this normal or is the grease at the bottom the problem. Pumps fine when not connected but as soon as I lock the head or block airflow it gets stuck
