Can I Rant?
I just want to rant how pathetic this scholarship program is.
May PhilHealth (PHIC) contribution and I think meron din silang Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), pero sa PHIC kulang-kulang ang binigay, and for GSIS wala kahit ni piso.
Tapos ang gusto nila, scholar ang magbabayad muna tapos reimbursement na lang. Ginawa naman yan pero halos 2 years naghintay para sa reimbursement ng PhilHealth contributions.
Tapos may naririnig pa akong chismis na usually matagal ibigay kasi pinapagulong muna yung pera at sa kanila napupunta yung tumutubong interest.
Even 8888, wala nang kwenta. Lalo na nung hindi na umupo si ex-President Rodrigo Duterte (PRRD).

I saw this post on TikTok. The terms “course” and “program” are not interchangeable.
A course is a single unit of instruction within a curriculum. It focuses on a specific subject and is taken over a semester or term, with defined learning outcomes, assessments, and credit units. Examples include Zoology, Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Botany, Entrepreneurship, Physiology, etc. Each of these is just one subject within a larger academic structure.
A program, on the other hand, is the full academic pathway that leads to a degree or qualification. It is composed of multiple courses organized into a structured curriculum. Examples include the Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Doctor of Medicine, or Master of Public Health. These programs define the entire training and academic progression of a student in a field.
In simple terms, a course is one subject, while a program is the complete set of courses that leads to a degree.
