Xena: Warrior Princess themed Warband - Which Faction + Minis?

Hello!

I am new to Saga and was interested in creating a warband themed around Xena: Warrior Princess.

From my understanding she is Thracian, and there is a Thracian Faction so she could fit in as the Warlord there.

I've managed to find some suitable Xena minis, but in terms of the troops themselves what would people suggest for the regular Thracian warriors / hearthguard? I have looked around but "thracian" specific minis are a bit trickier to find, what might be some equivalents that people recommend?

KotR Standard Bearer - Same colour?

Hello! I’m slowly painting up my Knights of the Realm and this is my WIP of the Standard Bearer.

I’m painting each knight a different colour so this red and black will be unique, but I’ve seen online that often the unit’s standard bearer‘s banner is often a different colour to the knight itself. I’m assuming it’s meant to be flying the colours of the Lord / General, is this the case?

Should I instead paint the banner to match the general’s colours (blue and red) or keep it the same as the rider / horse?
