black skirt tetras has this shiny white spot for a while over two months ,what is it ?
I have had this guy for over two months , it looked like there was an ick outbreak after I noticed some spots on the white skirts , everyone looks ok after treatment but this guy still has that shiny spot , what is it ? thanks
