Good packaging for a ltf card from AU

Just wanted to share about the zenith or Zenith+ card question i had posted earlier, got zenith ltf . I was pleasantly surprised by the unexpectedly good packaging they sent the card in , it looked like a hard cover book .

Now time to leverage the visa infinite platform for vouchers :)

Got an Extra Large RBL Bank locker through online booking — no forced ULIP/insurance & a ltf credit card

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share a smooth experience I recently had with RBL Bank’s online locker booking system, especially since getting a bank locker- let alone a large one- is usually a headache involving mandatory investments, ULIPs, or massive FDs.

The Online Booking Advantage

RBL has an online "Book Your Locker" facility. I checked nearby branches and found an Extra Large locker available, so I went ahead and booked it online right away.

The biggest advantage was I immediately received an email and SMS confirmation with the booking details.

Because it's digitally booked and confirmed from the central system, local branch staff couldnt turn me away, demand heavy cross-selling/investments, or claim "no availability." If they refused, I had a solid paper trail to escalate higher up.

Branch Experience & Credit Card

When I went to the branch to finalize the paperwork, they couldn't force any big insurance or ULIP product on me because of the online proof.

However, to keep things smooth and build a good relationship with the branch staff:

I voluntarily opened a small ₹20,000 FD.

In return, they processed an RBL ShopRite Credit Card for me as Lifetime Free (LTF)!

Quick Takeaway

If you’ve been looking for a bank locker without the usual hassle of branch-level pressure tactics, try checking RBL’s online locker booking portal first. Having the SMS/email confirmation before stepping into the branch makes all the difference.

Overall, it was much smoother than my past experiences with locker enquiries at other banks such as ICICI, HDFC, SBI and Axis etc.

TL;DR:

If you need a locker, especially a larger one, check RBL’s online locker-booking portal before visiting a branch. An email/SMS confirmation can save you from a lot of branch-level excuses and cross-selling pressure.

Need help regarding 2 questions - SBI and Indusind

Hello everyone

Needed help regarding my 2 queries below , thanks for the help

  1. Is there any clarity around lounge access for indusind tiger , whatever i read online is just conflicting, some say it's spend based some say it's for other indusind cards and not tiger, any confirmation would be really helpful

  2. Another query is - I got SBI cashback offer on sbi app , i applied and it shows as approved and someone will get in touch for KYc , when I got a call today, the agent said they are not approving cashback and I have to go with other cards such as simply click or prime . Reason they gave was technical glitch and were forcing me for kyc for prime card , wanted to check is it real ? Why technical glitch only for cashback card ? If it's farud then any help on how proceed so I can get cashback card would be really helpful. I can still see cashback card on my card section as approved in Yono app .

Thanks for help
