my account was blocked yesterday. I can't login now. It asks me to verify myself using authentication and it says "verification method not working right now"
Hey everyone this is making me extremely nervous. at 1:00 am yesterday it wouldn't let me log in to my Microsoft account as I forgot my password. Okay no biggie I'll do a pw reset. Tried my Google authenticator and then it asked for another method. Used my phone number and it said "this method is not working right now". I tried again this morning and same thing. PLEASE PLEASE tell me it's not just me and there's some kind of outage with this method and that I haven't just lost me account. I have allot of things tied to this account and I'm not sure I can make the switch with what I have logged in now. I have used my phone to try this morning if that makes a difference. this is extremely scary to me...
I vaguely remember I had to "press and Hold" a button for a bit but it kept failing im pretty sure and now I'm here. I just want my account back. I will probably just move over but I need to login at least once.
