Hi all, first time poster here. We've recently purchased a house, and the bathroom fan only stays on when the light switch is on. I want it to stay on for longer so I opened it up to change the timer settings but it won't change. I tried different positions but they're all the same. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Model is AVX100TN.
