Help needed to charge powerbank
Bought an Intex 30k Mah powerbank a while back and opened it for the first time a few days back. It did okay but when it conked off and I went to charge it I found the USB C cable wasn't fitting either of the charging slots.
Neither the cable I normally use for my phone, nor the one provided with the powerbank, nothing fit! I even tried USB B!
Please help since this was a big powerbank and I really want to have it
Idk what to do, never faced such a mechanical issue with devices before - software stuff can be fixed, idk about this
Anyone having any clues or suggestions pls lmk
