I have had PlayStation plus since 2014, since then I got a new ps5 in 2020 and had a different account. I had always been paying the $60 usd annual subscription. Before they came out with the new ps plus subscription model, I bought several years of ps plus which upgraded to premium. Since then, my premium has been auto renewing at about $80 usd. For some reason, the payment didn’t go through on the 22nd of April like it usually does, can ps support help me with this or am I just screwed and have to pay the extra 100 usd annually?
