Best of luck to everyone with exams coming up, A small piece of advice!

To everyone who has their exam coming up soon, I just wanted to wish you all the very best. I genuinely hope all the hard work, long days, sacrifices, and countless hours of studying pay off. Trust yourself, stay calm, and give the exam your absolute best. You have come a long way to get here.

There is one mistake I have noticed many students make during their preparation, and I really hope those of you who still have time can avoid it.

A lot of students tend to leave their NBMEs until very close to the exam and then try to complete three, four, or even five NBMEs within the final month. While it may feel productive to solve as many forms as possible toward the end, this can sometimes work against you.

NBMEs and CMS forms are among the most authentic resources you have for understanding how questions are tested and for assessing your readiness. Because of that, I personally believe they should be planned thoughtfully throughout your preparation rather than being saved almost entirely for the last few weeks.

Your brain also needs time to process everything you are learning. If you suddenly put yourself through an enormous number of questions and assessments during the final month, you can end up mentally exhausted. By the time the real exam arrives, you may be tired not because you are unprepared, but simply because you have pushed yourself too hard for too long.

The goal is not to finish every resource as quickly as possible. The goal is to arrive at the exam feeling prepared, confident, and mentally fresh.

So, if your exam is still a little ways away, plan your NBMEs and CMS forms wisely. Give yourself enough time to review your mistakes, identify your weak areas, improve them, and then reassess yourself.

And if your exam is already very close, do not panic. Do what you can, stay focused, and trust the preparation you have already put in.

Wishing everyone who is taking their exam soon the very best of luck. I hope you walk into that exam with a clear mind, a calm heart, and the confidence that you have given it everything you had.

You’ve got this.

Step 2ck HY Neurology: Pharmacology Seizure type and management!

Hi everyone,

As mentioned earlier, the new round of online 1-on-1 USMLE sessions is now open.

The sessions are designed for students preparing for Step 1 and Step 2 CK who want to improve their clinical reasoning and question solving skills. We will work through new USMLE and NBME style questions, discuss high yield concepts, identify common traps, and focus on the thought process behind choosing the correct answer.

Along with the sessions, I will also be posting new USMLE style questions here on a regular basis. These questions are written to reflect the style and difficulty of the real exam, with detailed explanations and discussion points.

If you have been following my previous posts or have been waiting for the sessions to resume, you are welcome to reach out. Whether you are just starting your preparation or looking to improve your scores, I would be happy to help.

Looking forward to seeing many of you in the upcoming sessions.

New 1-on-1 USMLE Sessions and Reddit/YouTube and Insta posts Starting After July 27

Hey everyone,

Just a quick update. I’ll be starting new online 1-on-1 USMLE sessions after July 27.

The sessions will include new questions with a strong focus on USMLE and NBME style concepts, question solving approach, clinical reasoning, and understanding how to work through difficult questions rather than just memorizing facts.

I’ll also start uploading new question posts here regularly again, covering different systems and commonly tested concepts for both Step 1 and Step 2 CK.

For those who have been following my previous posts or waiting for the new sessions to start, I’ll share more details soon.

Feel free to message me if you’re interested or have any questions.
