Brand new ONE+ HP 18V Brushless Compact reciprocating saw. 10-15 mins into pruning a big shrub to then pull out of the ground, it just stops. 6 flashing lights which should indicate "excessive force, wait 5 seconds." Nothing but this click sound when I pull the trigger and the 6 flashing lights. This video is after waiting a couple hours and recharging the battery. Any way to fix or should I try and get it exchanged for a new tool?

Or should I try to get someone out to take care of it? If I try it myself but can't finish the job, I won't have time to then hire someone before the utilities work.
