Brian
My wife works in the dementia field. She told me she met a young man who was diagnosed with dementia when he was 18, poor guy. It was the result of a head injury: he was helping out on a farm when a cow kicked him in the head. It reminded me of a storyline from 1989. Brian Aldridge was knocked to the ground by a mad cow with BSE, which gave him a cerebral abscess and post-traumatic epilepsy.
Just wondering
- is his recent behaviour the onset of dementia caused by this injury
- is Brian just being his natural horrible self without Jennifer to rein him in
- would the script writers even think of this?
