Listening to TA is getting harder and harder. This mishmash of crap: from nonsense one minute chit chats between Kirsty and her overlord Helen to absolute guff between George and Keira; is becoming unlistenable.

I'm all about character journeys and slow-burn plotlines but this week the SWs are grasping for something that they can't seem to find. Is it:

- Martin Gibsons' return to being bastardly?

- Brian's will he/won't he die of angina or dementia?

- Kate's karmic demise?

- Biff and Lady Penelope's manipulation of the entire Grundy family? (I don't even know these idiots names that's how realistic they are)

I have more banal lines of questioning but I won't bother. This week was dire.

Thank the gods for no Pip or Carol Tregorran this week (except for the lesbiHEN nonsense)

Seriously sometimes they're pouring the kettle and it sounds like a slash, then Thursday's episode happened...

Just started listening again after a 10 year gap. It appears that Jill has turned into a silent character (like Freda Fry). Is Patricia Greene poorly?

Listening live - how on earth has Helen roped her pregnant friend into decorating her son’s room??? I’m literally gob smacked!

I find Adams behaviour pushes me into siding with Brian

I believe they record episodes around a month in advance, so they must have to check what the weather will be when certain episodes are released.

So far I’ve noticed it seems to be quite accurate. Like the windy weather on Thursday’s episode coincided with it being quite windy and a thunderstorm where I am.

Maybe they’re not actually that good at predicting it and I just don’t notice but it seems they’re pretty accurate lately.

A new writer this week! I wrote him a note to his website. I just forget his name nor how I found out about it. ...
