My gut tells me to keep the [2022 base Nissan Altima] company car (gas card/maintenance/insurance paid by company) but they are installing GPS trackers that use Ai to monitor speeding/harsh braking, etc. on anyone opting out of the stipend.

I am in PA, and from my research, the $500 I would receive every other week (26/yr = $13k annually) is added onto my earnings and essentially taxed as income. I drove ~13k miles last year, so also entertaining 15k mile/year leases (I like the idea of car being under warranty, minimal maintenance cost (most companies include first 2-3 oil changes, and I shouldn’t have to do brakes or tires before the lease would end), and driving something newer. Would love some options. Please and thank you!

Both offers are generous, my spouse’s company uses Motus and she only gets a $325/month stipend + $0.17 per mile driven each month (basically $500/month).
