I know he oft gets forgotten these days because he "doesn't combine", but god dayum this is a sexy beast of a figure.

Never got the "we need an SS86 redeco" thing with this. I don't feel he's quite the same without the inner robot, for this version anyway.

A reissue could do well though, though I guess Missing Link negates that a bit.

New Sentinel Prime looks pretty good. Intrigued to give it a shot...

...but you gotta admit, its gonna be HARD to beat the TR version. That figure was DAMN good...

Ten bloody years of owning the damn thing...and not once did I bother to check whether my Superion was Hasbro or Takara.

It was...Superlink the whole time...the seller didn't know and I paid the Hasbro price.

Ten years...and I only JUST realised last night.

This means I now have the Superlink versions of both Supes and Bruty.

Was thinking of going Hasbro for Constructicon Maximus, but...now I don't think I can.

I can't have an odd one out. I gotta have a proper set.

He's...alright in combined mode. Its weird that he feels more fun as a standalone figure, even with how the jet is.

I have a good feeling SOMEONE will make a better frame for him, one that works with his existing detail and fills out the gaps.

Just ignore that one of these isn't actually an Onslaught...well...he still kinda is as he's the Takara version...

Either that cancelled Skywarp, or really anything else TBH. Its a retool too great to let die.

Really glad Slash is coming back in Age of Evolution. She's one of the most underrated figures from POTP, and still holds up.

Wonder how they'll do her, whether a retool or a new mold.

Also hoping she sells well enough to justify a Paddles later. Would be nice.

They look great in a lineup though, in spite of their issues.

One thing I'm actually really happy about with the recent wave is that it got me going back and messing with Legacy Cliffjumper, to see if there was anything I missed.

And yeah, he's...actually really bloody good.

I like him a lot more now than I did when he released.
