How does FedEx Ground Canada work?

Talking ground freight from say Toronto to Vancouver. Does a team drive the freight cross country? If 13 hours are permissible in a driving day does the one driver go 1300km and then sleep and haul something else back? Is the trailer stopping at various hubs along the route to load/unload pallets? Trying to figure out what the ETA should be Woodbridge to Vancouver, average moving speed, how many stops along the way, how long each stop is etc. or is it an express ground route with no stops.
