Avoiding AI: Watch7 vs Watch FE
Hello,
I am largely clueless about smartwatches, but I use Samsung phones and I run a lot, and I am mildly curious. Now I received a voucher for an electronics store that would allow me to get the Watch7 or the FE "for free".
From my googling I understand the FE is very much regarded as the inferior device.
However, Samsung advertizes the Watch7 as featuring "Galaxy AI", whereas nothing like that is mentioned for the FE. As I do not like LLMs and the corporate idea of AI in general, this might mean that the Watch7 would severely annoy me in ways that I would not have to deal with on the FE. Is this true? Is it possible to disable the AI features of the Watch7? Or has the FE received AI feature updates over the years, meaning it is just as bad?
