The unreliability of Freeform has forced me to look for some alternatives, any suggestions?

Greetings all.

I use Freeform every day for maths. The infinite aspect is great for what I do and I love everything about the app except for how unreliable it is. It crashes multiple times a day, heats up my Ipad (iPad Pro M4) alot more than I notice with any other app (to the point where it causes my hand to start sweating), chews up my battery, and also doesn't save pen/eraser settings so every time the app closes (or crashes) I have to set up all the settings again.

Im simply looking for either a fix for Freeform or an app that can provide me with stable infinite notes. I dont need cloud syncing, AI, or any fancy features, I literally just need a digital white board that saves writting settings and is stable. Im open to a one time purchase but am not keen on the idea of a recurring subscription unless its really worth it.

What would you guys suggest?

Greetings all.

Title pretty much says it all. I have put together a spreadsheet of all my online accounts (there are hundreds) and am wondering how worth it is it to try and hunt down every account and try and delete it. I use the word try as many service providers make it nearly impossible not to mention some government services do make it impossible. As well as me loosing some 2fa codes or loosing access to an email address used.

I’ve already started fresh with new emails (using SimpleLogin/proton mail) so everything Is starting fresh but is it worth the effort to try purge the old stuff? Or if I should just logout and forget about it.

Any advice on the matter would be much appreciated. My ultimate goal would be to have no online footprint but I know that’s nearly impossible and once something is out there then it’s out there. So I guess a practical goal would be to minimise it as much as possible.

Maybe there’s an easier way to do this that I’m not considering?

Greetings all,

These are my vellies and are my new favourite pairs of shoes to wear. I got given them last year but have only started to discover how comfortable they are and how they they fit my foot perfectly. And being a South African I love supporting local brands. I’m considering ordering a custom pair with the barefoot soles but maybe in a few months.

Anyways we are entering winter here in South Africa and I live in a wet winter city. So lots of rain. I’m wanting to care for these so they last long but am unsure of how to treat rough out leather in the winter. Can I just leave them as is or is water bad for rough out leather (like with suade)? Any advice on how to best care for these in wet weather would be much appreciated.

Also is there anything else I must do now that they have gotten wet a few times?
