Eric's Radio Problem - A (Possible) Solution

Now, this is assuming they still play GTA 5 on PC, which I thought they switched to in Achievement Hunter days.

But if they are on PC, they should mod eric's game to replace all the radio with copyright-free music. Or, to take it a step further, add in songs he hates. To avoid copyright, just load it up with Achievement Hunter: the Musical or just full episodes of the podcast/100% Eat.

New Location (Servant of the Lake)

Is this castle featured in Servant of the Lake a new addition to the area?

If so, or regardless, I bet it's and ancient estate of past-generations of Vanderbooms.

>!Doubly-so with the introduction of their mother's knowledge of the secrets. Perhaps it's where the connection between the Eilanders and the Vanderbooms is hidden? 🤔 !<

Cool Diabetic Story (TW: Science)

Hello!

So for the overall context, I'm a Type 1 Diabetic and have been since 10th grade. I am also nearsighted, and have been for years before the diabetes. Diabetes has a lot of ups and down (mostly downs 😅), but I had a very cool and memorable moment for a while after getting diagnosed and on regular treatment.

One day in the middle of class, I was sitting in my usual spot near the front. I wear glasses anyways, but I usually sat near the front to make seeing the board easier (I was also an overachiever). I was copying down the day's overview from the board, but was having a hard time seeing it. I was confused, and tried the usual tricks of squinting my eyes and tiling my head to try and achieve some clarity. But with no success, I took my glasses off to attempt to clean them. And, I shit you not, it was just like this:

Spider-Man as Peter Parker trying to use glasses

My dad took me to the eye doctor, and they explained to us that this is a known but uncommon temporary phenomenon caused by the body adapting to insulin therapy. And for about two-weeks, I had great vision. And as warned, my vision returned to normal once my body was used to the change of insulin absorption method.

TW: Science - The scientific explanation is because fluctuations in glucose levels (commonly referred to as Blood Sugar) makes the fluid inside your eye shift. This, in turn, causes the eye’s lens shape to alter. Usually, this causes temporarily blurry or distorted vision, but can also constrict the lens to the correct shape.

So... that was cool 😁. And although I lost that power, I did acquire a new superpower through my diabetes. I have a healing factor like Wolverine, but the opposite. So if I experience any damage, I can heal my wounds slightly slower than the average person 🦸🥲.

I've Solved Geoff's "Gentle Ghost" Phenomenon

(Technically, Karl Pilkington solved it about two decades ago, but still. I think the Shadow has moved to the Texas area 😅.)

Question For Andrew Based on Comment

In the recent episode, I think either Geoff or Eric off-handedly mentioned the "my Canadian girlfriend" trope/thing, and Andrew sounded surprised to hear that it was a real thing and not just a TV trope.

And I'm sad they didn't linger on that topic a little longer, because I was curious if Canadians have their own version of it; like "you wouldn't know her, she lives in America". 😅

But, the question is open to any Canadian regulation commenters. Though, Andrew's version of Canada always sounds like some pocket dimension of Canada (I.E. Goofworld).

Thank you for coming to my TedTalk 😂
