I don't know if I'm having a long episode or multiple, but since February I had "average depression symptoms", hypomanic, irritable hypomania, something similar to a crash, then a mixed episode. And now, the mixed feelings are apparently going away and the euphoria is coming back (I'm listening to loud music at 2 AM in this exact moment). I fuckin hate this
