I’ve been brewing with this coffee for about a week now, very consistent, very clean cup.
Recipe:
4 pours
V60
T-90 filter
95 Celsius
17:1
4.5 zp6
2:20-2:30 brew time

Bloom:
Pour to 50-60g
2nd pour:
At 45 seconds pour to 125g and swirl
3rd pour:
At 1:10 pour in circles to 200g
4th pour:
At 1:45 stay in the middle and pour to 272g

I’ve been enjoying this cup, and would definitely recommend Luminous to anyone interested in trying them.
