Sometimes i decide riding my mountain bike between cars at super high speeds without any gear but i should invest in a quality helmet at least. So basically i reach very high speeds and overtake cars especially in long downhills. Mind you my mountainbike need serious fixing especially the wheels that send the bike wobbling at higher speeds and the annoying brakes that aren't that reliable idk why i just ignore them and go ride i love it

When a manager bado yekul hawa 3leykun and disrespect you, and enjoy the little authority he/she have and her/his spouse isn't letting them enjoy it at home so sar bado yetfashfash fikoun, my humble advice is to consider them a 5 years old and treat them accordingly. Don't get angry, don't even aknowledge the negative energy or else they'll dominate you and live in ur head rant free. Shorten ur answers as much as possible, stay respectfull, if he raise his/her voice let it slide few times unless u'r deciding to leave them the same day then chew them lol😂😂😂😂

At the same time make sure that the energy u'r giving them isn't the same one with other peers, be friendly and be a lovable person around others. When the manager notice the lack of explanations and long answers u used to give them but u remained the same with others they will chill out and reflect.
