Hey everyone,

I’m looking for some insight from anyone who has dealt with Bushnell’s repair process for the Launch Pro

I picked up my unit in January of last year, so I’m currently at the 16-month mark. Up until now, it hasn’t seen heavy use, but I ran into a major issue this past weekend:

1. The battery hit **10%**, and I received a low-power alert.

2. I plugged it in, but the unit **failed to recognize the charger**.

3. Thinking it might be a software glitch, I started a recalibration. Mid-process, the device ran out of juice and died. Now, it’s completely unresponsive and won’t turn back on, even when plugged in.

I’ve already contacted Bushnell, and they want a 150 evaluation fee just to look at it. Considering the unit is barely out of warranty and hasn’t been abused, that’s a tough pill to swallow.

A few questions for the group:

* Has anyone else experienced the BLP failing to recognize a charger or "bricking" during recalibration?

* If you’ve sent your unit in, what did your*final repair bill ook like beyond the evaluation fee?

I’d love to hear about your experiences with their turnaround time and whether they were willing to waive costs for units just outside the 12-month window.
