okay so this is something i've been

thinking about a lot lately

because i spent weeks reading everything

i could find about getting back to movement

postpartum and honestly most of it was

either too intense or written by someone

who clearly never had a newborn lol

like... 45 minute workouts? jumping?

running at 6 weeks? come on.

what i kept looking for was something

gentle. realistic. that actually understood

what our bodies go through after birth.

took me forever to find something that

didn't make me feel worse about myself

before i even started

anyway i came across this one article

that finally made sense to me — talks

about movement in a way that feels

actually doable with a baby

not promoting anything just genuinely

found it helpful and figured some of

you might too

drop a yes if you want me to share it 💛

and honestly what's been the hardest

part of this for you? the exhaustion?

the guilt? not knowing where to start?
