Had a guy come in to do a warranty claim. Try to help him out as best I can. Call the phone company and fight for a good couple of hours on the phone. Hand him the phone to talk to the company Rep to give them any information I might not have. He starts talking about how he's in the store dealing with a T-mobile rep. He says "she" and my mind goes "ah must be a mistake" then he does it like 5 more times. It's not malicious or anything like he's making fun of me, it's genuine. I also notice when talking to me he says "yes mam" or "no mam" like actually respecting me. I want to prefice that I'm not out at work, I'm not wearing anything to indicate my pronouns, I'm not using fem voice, and I'm dressed in jeans and a pink flannel. I don't think I pass at all, *but holy fuck*. I wasn't in the best of moods before or during the interaction but I definitely feel better now.
