Looking for a Garand complete parts kit
I really want to try my hand at building an M1 Garand. Does anyone have a lead on a complete parts kit? Barrel is not necessary.

Restricting the FN-49 magazine for hunting.
This is an FYI for restricting the magazine on my Egyptian Fn49 so can hunt with it in the state I hunt in. I'm limited to 5rnds in NY when hunting with a semi-auto so I came up with this to do it with.
As the pictures show, I bought a magpul 5rd limiter for LR308 magazine. Then I modified it on a belt sander to fit in the magazine box. The arrows show where i sanded it down. I found it works better using it backwards in the mag.

Lebanese contract build.
Just finished testing my newest build and it functions perfectly with a 5 on the gas setting using m80 ball ammo.
The parts kit came from Centerfire and is a matching kit in beautiful condition.
The receiver is an LSR DSA type 2 and the parts are a perfect fit. Even the locking shoulder was used.
