Came across 600k, need advice..
Hey guys, longstory short: I came across a decent sum from a settlement, combined with my baby savings i'm sitting around 600k. Current income: 50k/yr.
I'm finishing up residency, in a lucrative specialty in 2 years, thought my expected earnings the first year or two are unknown because i plan to go private.
I've spoken to some friends who are in private equity, and private hedgefunds, and real estate. Obviously I dont qualify to cooperate with them due to my networth/income etc but they provded me some proper advice on what to do.
Just wanted to hear perspectives on this sub on some strategies for investment, where to park the cash, or possibly real estate.
I would truly appreciate any advice, I did options some years ago and burned my account :D, so i probably won't be doing options for now.
I'm not trolling, I'm not talking shit just someone who got lucky in a sense and want to see if i can change my financial situation.
