Hi there. I'm looking for someone around my age, mature and emotionally intelligent from anywhere in the world. They would be childfree, atheist/agnostic, liberal and not interested in me romantically. We would find no joy in talking about surface level things and would want to go into the deep end with our current facinations, thoughts and ideas. 

I like (but not limited to) nature, authenticity, honesty, wholesomess, stability, predictably, hurt/comfort dynamics, emotional intimacy, being terrible at small talk so we turn it into a joke, stupid humour, rooting for the underdog, feminism, equality, liberalism

I'm interested in feeling emotions and collecting knowledge about random topics that have my current fixation, I do this through different mediums where my hobbies lie. I like reading philosophical sci fi, writing romance, watching TV shows/movies/documentaries on obscure topics and listening to same song on repeat (it's great for daydreaming). I like movies, from Kung Fu Panda to Fight Club, Koyaanisqatsi and Perfect Blue.

My thoughts and feelings usually do not fit the status quo, which leaves me feeling like an outsider at times. I dislike capitalism, beauty standards, celebrities, pop culture, social media, content made for the algorithm and the commodification of people.

I have chronic pain, which tests me in a way which perhaps only other chronically ill people could understand. I'm looking for people who have come out the other side of hardship, that's where I want to meet someone. On the side of stoicism, mental resilience and growth. Not suffering, even though I physically do.

I'm slow to warm up, taking time to get to know someone well and establish a consistent friendship.
