Touring Windscreen and minor wobbles?

I added a touring windscreen (https://www.cyclegear.com/parts/puig-touring-windscreen-yamaha-mt-07?sku\_id=10549757) to my 2025 MT-07, and it seems to have caused frequent minor wobbles. I'm not sure if these are front end wobbles or just normal wind hitting me. I'm new with ~1k miles total and only a few highway rides.

It happens at ~80 MPH or lower if it's windy. The wobbles are relatively minor, visually I can't even see them but I feel it. They last for 1-2 seconds with like 4-5 ocsilations that fade out. It seems to affect the whole bike not just the front.

Has anyone seen this? I'm probably going to pull it off and take it out for a test when I get a chance to make sure it indeed IS the windscreen. If it is I might downgrade or just go without.

Notes;

  • I had the suspension done because I'm a heavy guy, with whole new K-tech rear shock setup and new... springs, valves and oil? I believe for the forks by a local place. I didn't notice any wobbles on a 2-3 trips I took on the highway between that and adding the windscreen.
  • I'm putting as little pressure as I feel safe doing on the handlebars, arms loosened up, with legs hugging tank when at speed.
  • Bike is new with just hitting 1k miles, stock tires, 33 PSI front 36 back. Everything seems proper.
  • Highway is concrete with lines that I heard can cause issues. (Utah between SLC and Provo, I-15) - Idk how relevant this is but I haven't tested speeds above 60 on normal pavement.

I think the next step is to just take the screen off and try it, but just posting for any input in the meantime.
