Contemplating our Leader position

I've been at Target for 4 years and I'm currently being assessed if I would make a decent Leader. The positions would either be the closing or front-end Leader. I've been mainly guest service on the closing shifts for around 3 years so, I know I could do the job. But my main concern is that I plan on leaving Target unfortunately. When I first started I only wanted a job and then I decided to go to college and get my bachelor's degree. I have it now and I've been looking for jobs so I don't get stuck in retail. I feel like if I take the leader position I would end up getting stuck here.

Should I just take the position for now while I still look for jobs?

I can sort of tell when some girls have some sort of interest in me, but for whatever reason I can't bring myself to talk any further than the friend stages. Now I'm at a job where most of my coworkers are now in an appropriate age range for me.

I think part of it is because I grew up fat and bigger than everyone else, and to protect myself from fat jokes, I made myself the joke, and now I can't take myself seriously. I turn everything into a joke.

What reasons do you have for still being a virgin? What do you think it'll take for you to finally lose it?
