If you’ve been struggling to reach the right audience, maybe the problem is partner discovery

If you’ve been struggling to reach the right audience, maybe the problem isn’t your product or channel, maybe it’s that finding the right partners is still harder than it should be.

A lot of early-stage teams want to grow through creator collaborations, community partnerships, and newsletter spotlights, but the process usually means cold outreach, scattered lists, and a lot of guesswork.

I’ve been spending time researching this space, and it seems like these partnerships can be a solid way for early teams to test demand and get in front of relevant audiences.

Curious how other founders here are approaching this. Are partnerships working for you, or are you still relying mostly on outbound and paid channels?

If you’ve been struggling to reach the right audience, maybe the problem isn’t your product or channel, maybe it’s that finding the right partners is still too hard.

A lot of teams want to grow through creator collaborations and other partnerships, but the process usually means cold outreach, scattered lists, and a lot of guesswork.

Recently, I’ve been researching and working with a few communities and creators that help early-stage brands reach relevant audiences through content collaborations, events, and newsletter spotlights.

I believe this is a strong approach for early teams to validate PMF and acquire early customers.

I’m looking to work with a small group of teams to help them explore this path and find the right partners.

How are others here approaching this today, outbound, referrals, agencies, or something else?
