TW: Blood; Pullet chipped her beak?

I have 3 pullets and 3 hens, currently separated (but slowly trying to incorporate them). I let the pullets out of their coop today and while they were running around I noticed one of them had a bloody beak. I think the top layer must have come off somehow, but I don’t understand how that could’ve happened. The hens are inside their run, so they couldn’t have done anything today.

One of their brothers (whom I’ve rehomed) had also chipped his beak at one point, though it was a literal chip (a piece was missing) and there wasn’t any blood. Could it just be that they were born with weak beaks? They do play around but not to the point of harming each other, so I don’t think it was one of the other pullets.

Should I bring her in and clean it up or just leave it be? I know it’ll grow back over time but I’d like to help her, especially if it’s causing any pain. Shes acting normal at least so hopefully it doesn’t hurt.
