Print Issues

As you can see, ive got quite the odd issue. The printer lays down some filament, but does so in such a way that its leaving massive holes where filament should go without good adhesion. It pokes above the main layer line too and amplifies the problem. Ive had this problem before with other filaments such as PETG and PLA, but this is SPLA. I havent been able to fully fix it on those filaments either, and I cant find similar looking prints when I search for wet filament symptoms, too much cooling, and under extrusion. If anyone has experience with similar issues, I'd greatly appreciate the help. Thanks.

Print settings:

SPLA

205C nozzle temp

75C bed temp

.6mm nozzle, .2mm layer height

70mm/s
