Hi all, just wondering if anyone has any experience dealing with HDC? Recently had a social worker asses the house and he told me it was all good and he’s approving it so that’s good. My partner was eligible for HDC on the 13th of May. Social worker told me that it looks good for him, good behaviour, non violent offence, short(ish) sentence, was moved to a low risk prison not too long ago, stable house etc but it is now up to the Prison. My question is - when will he hear a yes or a no? Or is it a case of a yes or radio silence? I’d like to be able to pass something on to him to help with the wait of all the possibilities. Thank you!
