I'm in need of help for crash assistance. My Games freeze and only crash of the press the home but not my controller.

I have been experiencing an unbearable amount of crashing across multiple games on my Xbox. It has gotten to the point where I can no longer play several games I recently purchased, including Subnautica 2 and Forza Horizon 6. I am also experiencing the same issue with Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord and Sea of Thieves.
The games are all installed on the internal hard drive, and I do not have any external hard drive connected. I have already deleted multiple games to free up storage space, uninstalled and reinstalled the affected games, cleared space on my console, changed the MAC address, adjusted several display settings, thoroughly dusted the console, and moved it to a cooler, better-ventilated area. At this point, I feel like I have tried nearly every recommended troubleshooting step and I am still unable to play.
The crashing usually happens either during loading screens or while actively playing. For example, in Forza Horizon 6, the game will freeze while I am driving or loading, but the audio continues to play. The game does not immediately send me back to the Xbox home screen. Instead, it only fully crashes after I press the Xbox/Home button on my controller. When I press the Home button, I hear the Xbox guide sound effect, but the guide does not properly open. After that, the game closes and I am returned to the home screen.
With Subnautica 2, the game often crashes directly from the main menu. It also crashes whenever I open the Xbox home menu to do something as simple as inviting a friend to a party or inviting someone to the game. It also crashes randomly during gameplay.
This issue is now affecting multiple games, not just one specific title. Since the games are installed internally, no external drive is attached, the console has been cleaned, storage has been cleared, the games have been reinstalled, and display/network settings have already been adjusted, I am concerned this may be a console-level issue rather than a game-specific problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, because I am currently unable to reliably play several of my games.
