Lugia V alt art - worth grading?

I pulled this Lugia last year and was wondering if it is worth grading. I’ve never graded a card before so I’m not super knowledgeable on what constitutes a heavy flaw. I’m worried it might be a bit bottom heavy, and most of all, the card seems warped, even though I kept it in a sleeve for a year. I bought a toploader now too and tried to leave it between heavy books for a few days but nothing changed unfortunately. Some advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hope this is the right place to post this! (29M) I’ve been solo traveling Japan for about 2 months, and while I’ve loved it, fatigue has also started to set in a bit due to a lack of good nights/days of banter and all of the planning. As a result, I barely have anything planned out for Okinawa except that I have Naha as a homebase and I have 2 tours booked to Tokashiki and Zamami island on April 28/30. I also managed to reserve a car for May 1st-2nd but without an actual idea of where to go yet. I figured I’d go to the aquarium one day and to the northern part for some hiking another day, but none of that is set in stone.

If you have any suggestions of where I should go, or would want to hang out for dinner or drinks, feel free to let me know!
