I didn’t heed the warnings regarding quality, canvas prep etc, it’s only my 2nd piece however Temu i hate you and your Ai’d image which drew me in and made me part with all of £4.50! Ha ha! It took me ages. The paint is terrible, the canvas poor at best but i soldiered on. I wanted to give it to my daughter, she loves witches but it’s gonna need a huge amount of work. Ive started to blend from the top right which i think is better. Im determined it’s gonna look ok but would prefer to finish it before I’m 70 ( I’m 68 now 🥴). I’m thinking I should work on defining the shape of the hat and shoulders and continue to blend the patches together. Then perhaps some texture for the hair and other bits maybe thick metallic paint? Then a clear acrylic coat to finish? 🤷♀️. Im ok at art but watercolour is really my thing. Obviously love a challenge or this would be in the bin! Can anyone throw some ideas at me please and please be kind lol.
