hair growth
hi everyone ive had wall shelves and mounts set up for my now 3yr old cat since she was 1yrs old and last November I decided to buy her a wall basket i saw on amazon. this is the link….

the basket has lots of twine it practically surrounds it. i got it because i thought it wouldn’t hold as much hair as her furry wall beds/baskets. she really enjoyed sleeping there, her legs would often stretch out in between the columns of twine while she slept in it. after two months of it being up the fur on all 4 of her legs and a part of her “thigh” looked like it had been shaved off so i immediately removed it. i deduced it down to being the basket because she has not lost hair anywhere else since.
however her hair isn’t growing back in those areas :( i should note that when she got spayed her hair never grew back after the vet shaved it. so i’m worried that the hair on her legs and that one thigh won’t ever grow back either. i did ask my vet and they said it likely wouldn’t but i don’t want to lose hope that maybe theres something i can do that will make it grow back.
is there anything i can use to try to encourage hair growth? or if supplements would help it grow back?
