Symptoms of low estrogen besides hot flashes

Curious what people found estrogen HRT helped with, besides hot flashes. So far I've found it has helped with some joint pain, some energy and just overall temp control, not so much hot flashes but generally not able to regulate my temperature. I'm on all HRT, so it has taken a while to figure out what is helping with what but I'm just curious for anecdotal evidence!

Peri opened the curtain for me on so many things, especially in my marriage. It’s never been bad or dangerous but I’m learning it certainly has been an uneven relationship and required a lot of sacrifice on my end. Now that my eyes are open to this I’ll never be able to go back. My kids are almost grown and the marriage will end. HRT has been so helpful for me in many ways, but it can’t help fix the marriage (although it will help me through the next transition). I see some women who find their way back to themselves fully with HRT but also so many of us that just can’t seem to get there in the way we want. I can’t help but wonder, for those of us, if our lives simply don’t support us and we’re now seeing it but also trying not to see it and just hoping HRT is the answer because the alternative feels so scary or impossible. My person situation is marriage but of course this could be any part of life.

Edited - I am not against HRT or is this really about it - I’m just curious if it’s the reason HRT seem to bring some people back to their thriving self while some of us still have other changes to make that we didn’t realize were even there until this stage of life.
