My girlfriend of 3 years checked out of our relationship and leaved for a number of reasons on my part that was bad(this is a really good girl/one of a kind). I went no contact for about 3 weeks after chasing and trying to make things work again after she just seemed cold towards and wanted to stay away from me. Upon us not speaking I realized one day she reposted some cryptic videos on social media but I ignored. On day same day she sent me a message asking for something in which I replied politely and kept it moving. A few days later she sent me some messages and then deleted them before I could see them. What do you guys think is going on here ?

I've lost my way. At 33 still living with my parents, lost my girl due to anxious attachment issues and low confidence, I don't have any direction in life as I feel so lost. I feel so inadequate in many areas. I don't have a good job to help me survive or to even maintain myself and a relationship, I feel way behind in life ,People don't take me serious and I think I've fallen into a space where I've passed depression as no matter how much I set out to try and change I keep coming back to square one. My brothers please help me with any advice you can to help me get out this rut.
