Ethics & Sanctions concerns, what is truly allowed?

I just started Sophia Monday. I did the first and second portion of English Comp 1 and submitted my narrative essay that is waiting to be graded. English Comp 1, I feel, is going to take awhile with all the essay grading times. So, I paired it with a course I knew would be a real challenge for me, Algebra. From Monday evening through yesterday afternoon (little under 12 hours) I worked through the lessons. I did use ChatGPT to help explain concepts, but NEVER the answer on the actual challenges. I had it also provide me additional equations to work through to try and understand it well before submitting anything I wasn't already sure how to do. I took the practice exam and got 16/19, reviewed the answers and made a couple notes and jumped into the exam.

I was WFH and did switch tabs from the incognito mode I was using for Sophia to a regular browser for work as well as work software a few times as needed. I did also have a zoom-type software running where I am on camera and mic for work. I did not use AI at all during the exam, just my own written notes.

Failed at 69. Reviewed the answers, clocked out of work and jumped back in a second time. Failed (imo) at 79. 🤦🏼‍♀️ But I missed a single question, forgot to hit submit before submitting the full exam, and would have gotten it right.

My question is this, I used their material (to the right, but I swear the instructors videos dont fully explain the exact type of equations being given), and my own notes only.

I know now that from now on, dont use any other programs or tabs while taking exams and dont move through any too quickly so it doesn't think I am cheating.

What else can I do to prevent any accidental sanctions? When I started this I didn't realize that was happening to people. :( Also will the system know if I Print to PDF the exam results with rationale for future studying? Is that allowed or would it get me in trouble. Their Rationale is the clearest way my unmedicated ADHD brain can understand truly what they're looking for sometimes.

BS Supply chain logistics and operations management

I am taking a 1 course intro to get accepted into WGU currently.

I posted on Facebook asking about proctored exams and if they will let me take them in a library private quiet room. Im still hoping to see if anyone has the answer to that

But someone on Facebook commented on my post and said to take my courses quick because the degree is 'redeveloping'. Im unsure what that means but it makes me nervous.

I worked in a warehouse with supply chain experience for a few years and then have been in the trucking industry for about 15 years. I wanted to use this degree to further my career and know it can also cross into other opportunities since it is a business degree.

Now Im concerned. Thoughts?

Nothing is happening

Started 200mg 6/27.

The first time I took it, at night, I was asleep and dreaming and AWARE of the fact I was asleep and dreaming and felt awake at the same time. It was the WEIRDEST thing I've ever experienced in my life. Switched to mornings and haven't had major issues since.

The only *possible* benefits so far are that I am actually remembering to take it as well as my other new meds (iron every other day with vitamin C, vitamin D once a week, allergy med and flonase daily) and also, I notice alot less of the debilitating spiraling anxiety. But the racing thoughts, 500 things going on in my brain at one time, the task paralysis, etc.. none of it is changing.

I doubled my dose today. I don't really know why if it's not doing what it's supposed to be. But today I am EXHAUSTED AF, and I'm always tired as it is.

Thoughts?

2 weeks, no positive changes?

Been on the lowest dose 2 weeks. Absolutely no positive changes. Should I stick it out?

I already have severe fatigue and it's making that worse. Some of my thoughts Ive always tried to ignore are a little more drastic, but there's pretty strongly worded warnings that come with the medicine so thats not shocking.

My doctor said to switch to twice a day and see if that helps but Ive only seen people mention once a day.

Im scared SHITLESS of medication. So taking it to begin with was pretty difficult already. Now Im scared of withdrawals if I come off of it.

🤦🏼‍♀️ I just need SOMETHING in my brain to change. Life is not feasible the way things have been.
