I recently (2 weeks ago) got a ceramic inlay filling and at first the i noticed that it was too high, so i went and got it fixed. But now i’m noticing that the filling is hanging out where i circled, idk if that filling was too big or maybe they was some left over bond. But, there is some sensitive when i drink warm temp or cold and after i brush my teeth. Also, I had 2 fillings (onlays) that day too and those do not bother me at all, but i would like to note that x rays where done after each filling for both onlays, but for the inlay no xray was done. I get that it’s normal to feel sensitive after a filling but idk. What should I do?

also, after brushing my teeth there is a small bearable lingering pain

In the first picture, i’ve probably had that filling for about 4-5 years and there seems to be a dark shadow around the filling and a dark line below (circle) filling. Should I concerned, even if there is no pain or sensitivity?

Same thing goes for the 2nd picture only there’s dark dots on my teeth and shadow along the filling.
