Do you think this is the beginning of rosacea?
These lesions appeared about 4 months ago on my right cheek, more clearly than on my left cheek. I have been using azelaic acid for about a month, but they are not improving; in fact, I think they are getting worse. I use retinoids and azelaic acid in my routine (and I used to use niacinamide, but I stopped it thinking that it was the cause)
