Used to love a song and even had it as my ringtone but have since forgotten it and cannot find it at all.

I was listening to it in 2009 but it could have been any era before that. I lived in Spain - canary islands - and I heard it a lot on the radio, etc. I'm not sure if the singer was a European Spanish speaker or an American Spanish speaker.

It was upbeat, pop, male voice and all I remember is the lyrics in the chorus were about Tus Manos or Las Manos.

It was not colgando en tus manos by Carlos baute which was also very popular at the same time. This one was much more party, dance, disco pop. It was energetic.
