I kinda new to running and I've been using my treadmill and yesterday, I reached my goal of running two miles at 4.5 speed. Which I felt great about since it wasn't a major struggle like I was expecting, I was slightly out of breath. I tried to run it again today but I just didn't have any motivation. I tried my music, zoning out, and doing my usual trick of "Just .5 more miles," and nothing working. So I tried 3.5 speed, super easy and I couldn't even have motivation for that. I feel frustrated currently since I know I can do this but I don't know what's happening.
